Book a demo
One hour. We'll tell you if this is a fit.
Most CPQ demos are a product tour. This one's a conversation about whether your quoting is complicated enough to need us — and what it's costing you if it is.
You might not need us
If your reps pick a few products off a list and send a quote, HubSpot's native quoting already handles that. Adding Quotivity would mean paying for machinery you'd never switch on.
Where it starts to make sense
- Products with options that depend on other options
- Pricing that changes depending on who's buying
- Approvals that shouldn't fire on every deal
- Reps who keep the real rules in their head
Two or more sound familiar? The call's worth the time.
Tell us what you're quoting
A few details so the call is useful rather than generic. We'll come back within one business day.
Prefer to just grab a slot? You'll get the calendar on the next screen.
30min
You talk
What you sell, how a quote gets built today, where it falls apart. We can't tell you whether this fits without that part.
20min
We show you
An overview of what Quotivity does. Examples of configurations, bundles, and more.

The Fit
Can we help you, and is it worth it to you? We'll be honest if the ROI is there.
What changed for other teams
The reps are incentivised to stick to the price book because they can get their deal out the door much faster.

Before you book
-
Is this a sales call?
Yes. We'd rather say so than call it a discovery session. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you on the call instead of dropping you into a nurture sequence.
-
What should I bring?
One quote that was painful to build. That's more useful than a requirements document.
-
We're also looking at DealHub.
Good — say so. We'll tell you where they're the better call. It happens.
-
How much does it cost?
$5,000 a year for Professional, including five users. $10,000 for Enterprise, including ten. Onboarding is $2,500 or $5,000, charged once. It's all on the pricing page — we don't make you sit through a call to find out.
-
Who should be on the call?
Whoever knows how quotes actually get built. Usually that's an ops person, not a VP.
-
What if we're not ready to buy?
Then you're not ready to buy. Plenty of people book this to work out whether what they've got is a CPQ problem at all.

That probably means quoting is a real problem for you. Sixty minutes, we'll make it worth it.
